Overview

RepDoctor helps businesses get negative and misleading reviews removed from Google Maps. One of their clients went from 4.3 to 4.9 stars after working with them. Chris had the service. He just needed a system to bring in a consistent flow of new clients. We built it.

The Problem

RepDoctor had no way to predictably bring in new customers. They were relying on referrals and had no ad presence, no follow-up system, and no way to scale. Chris knew his service worked. He just couldn't get enough of the right people to see it.

The Solution

We launched a campaign on Facebook and Instagram targeting business owners who needed reputation repair, and set up automated follow-up so every inquiry was contacted immediately. 50 new customers in the first 30 days at $19 per lead.
